Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if applicable (damaged or incorrect items)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued in cash during pickup or replacement of the product.
  • All refunds are processed in cash only; we do not process bank or online payment refunds.

Non-Returnable Items
