All orders at Hailey Stays are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected in cash when the order is delivered. We do not accept any other payment methods, including online payments, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
Once you place an order, a confirmation message or email will be sent within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for any errors. If you do not receive a confirmation or need corrections, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and dispatched promptly. Delivery is typically completed within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. Please allow extra time for rural or remote areas.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be in unused, original condition. Once a return is approved, refunds are issued in cash at the time of return pickup. For return requests, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason.
